What is the Spring Valley Sponsorship Donation?
The Spring Valley Sponsorship Donation aims to eliminate the need for smaller fundraisers the rest of the year with a single, tax-deductible* donation of $350 per child. No more asking friends, family, extended family, or distant relatives for donations throughout the year!
Spring Valley PTA offers the following sponsorship but ALL donations are welcome!

$350 (and above) per child suggested donation includes:
one (1) PTA annual membership ($15 value)
one (1) Yearbook ($40 value)
We know that many families in our community have experienced hardships during these post-COVID times, and donations at any amount are appreciated. Donate if you can, as much as you can, and take advantage of corporate match opportunities!

CLASSROOM SUPPORT: School supplies, classroom maintenance and technology (including Chromebooks); PE Equipment
STUDENT ENRICHMENT: Supplemental field trips, assemblies, and programs to complement teacher curriculum and arts/enrichment learning
COMMUNITY EVENTS: Hosted community events to keep our families connected and our students engaged.

Make an online donation using Zelle (free). Please Zelle your payment to treasurer@springvalleypta.org . In the memo/message section please include your child's name and teacher's name.
Make an online donation using PayPal or your credit card using the button below (Zelle is preferred because Paypal charges fees).
You can also donate via cash or check payable to Spring Valley PTA. Fill out the Donation Form and return it along with the completed form with your donation to ATTN: SVPTA, 817 Murchison Dr, Millbrae, CA 94030.
